Perks Deconstruction is looking for a reliable and hardworking Bilingual Driver to help transport reclaimed materials across the Denver and Boulder metro areas. As a Bilingual Driver, you will be responsible for transporting salvaged materials, tools, and equipment between job sites, donation centers, and recycling facilities. You will operate pickup trucks with trailers and roll-off trucks, perform daily vehicle checks, and support job site crews when needed. This role requires a strong sense of safety, physical stamina, and clear communication with the field team. You must be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable using a smartphone for routing and logging.

Responsibilities

• Drive pickup trucks with trailers and roll-off trucks to and from job sites
• Load, secure, transport, and unload salvaged and waste materials
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Communicate with the project manager and foreman throughout the day
• Support the field crew as needed, including loading, unloading, and setting up site protection
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, and document your work in Buildertrend
• Identify and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience operating pickup trucks with trailers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Familiar with basic vehicle maintenance
• Willingness to learn new tools and digital apps like Buildertrend
• Roll-off truck experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time W-2 employment with overtime eligibility
• Hourly pay starting at $20 to $25, depending on experience
• Health insurance with 75 percent of the monthly premiums covered
• 80 hours of paid vacation per year
• 8 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays
• Paid sick leave is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act
• Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate when applicable
• Flexible scheduling with work hour banking available
• Company vehicle provided for work-related driving
